Adelaide Nash Hash 2021

The Adelaide Nash Hash committee was forced to postpone the Nash Hash event from March to November due to Govt. COVID restrictions on travel. We still are very much anticipating a great event.

5th to the 7th of November 2021 at the old Adelaide Gaol

Postponing Nash Hash should make it safer and with fewer restrictions. We hope you can make travel and accommodation bookings for the first weekend in November. For further information regarding the postponement read Newsletter No. 6.

Prelubes will be on in the previous week. Check out recent flyers for the Legends Lunch, Men’s Lunch, etc. A Nomads & Delinquents run is proposed on Friday the 5th prior to the opening at the gaol.

Postlubes may also be on in the following week.

We currently have 903 rego requests and 883 fully paid. We have a cutoff of 900 fully paid regos.

You can check “Who’s Coming” using the password (8 lowercase letters). Penalty for a charge in the circle.

Its been 9 months since we were forced to postpone. By now you should know if you can’t come to Nash Hash. Selling your rego is the best option.  Advertise on Facebook and arrange the money transfer. The Transfer page on the website will be unsupported from the end of June to allow us more time to arrange contracts with suppliers.  

Those 600 plus Hashers who pledged at Croc Hash and then bought the cheapest Back to Back regos should be aware that the $50 pledge deposit was non-refundable (as stated on both the Pledge Form and the receipt).  If you pulled out later without paying the $250 balance then you lost the $50 pledge.  However, if you paid the balance you can sell your rego at full price.  For all those who pledged, a refund will only be $250, not $300, so selling is the first thing to try.  Try our Facebook page.

If you can’t sell your rego, we will be offering rego refunds at a later date when we are sure we can cover all costs.

The current registration fee is $410

from 1st July 2020 to 30 June 2021 then $450 but check rego transfers for cheaper ones.

Your Registration fee gives you: Meals Friday Night, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Night, Light Sunday Breakfast, Sunday Lunch. Drinks all weekend (Beer, wine, cider), Goodies bag & T-shirt, Entertainment Friday & Saturday nights and Sunday during the day. Transport to the Run sites, plus a contribution toward the venue set up and admin costs.
